There's no deleted scene. But I checked the shooting draft and there is a hilarious explanation of why Rolf and Annie, that's the character's name,. Yes, Annie was played by Amy Reichlman. Here's what the script said: "Dwight opens the door and finds Rolf" And then Dwight has a talking head where he says, 'Rolf dates so far out of his league is not even funny.' He is the single greatest ladies man I have ever known'
