Is Passion Really Important?
Starting a business is definitely a marathon, and so I think passion is important. We were lucky in that, right off the bat, it's a huge industry. The other insight we discovered was not about a specific product, but was that people love to complain. If you can ask those questions that give people the opportunity to talk about their hardships in their, in their work and in their careers, they will spend a lot of time with you.
