The Return to Risk Appetite

It is looking for a reason to go higher. It's ignoring it's ignoring everything that suggests there could be any kind of trouble ahead or is it seeing past it? Have we gotten past that? That's a good way of putting it. I mean, because what could you really say at this point that would make the market go down significantly?
