How I Learned to Think in Italian

When you were in America, was there a point where you thought I'm thinking differently because I have this language that I can draw upon? It came very gradually. But I usually conceive a story in an image and try to put it into words. The plot needs to be drawn out in language. And I rely on English actually. Nowadays, if I write a story in Chinese, I had to think in English and translate into Chinese. Because I was so kind of my point of view is so fractured by the censorship. I just cannot conceive a stories in Chinese.
