What Are the Investment Profiles for a Refinery?
I imagine that's unlike these deep-water wells that you can get flowing pretty quickly, it's a very different scenario when it comes to refineries. And I guess therein lies the real challenge. Building these refineries is an incredibly intensive operation. Total energy, satire, refinery, they had 30,000 workers on site at one point to build a refinery. So it's a really intense, they're the big, big project, especially when they're happy in a country like Saudi Arabia where things are well organized and they can move along rather quickly.
