The Power of Breathing

The breath can also be used to calm the mind so that we can enter that still place within from where we can then connect with ancestors. The true self is a self that's not thought based but kind of uh deep in a still place and all of that is closely related to the breath. In traditional shamanic training, part of their training is to learn to master the mind like in Siberia  and medicine people they learn to master their mind.
