Why Is It Nebulous to Write It Down?
People have an almost infinite capacity to ex post rationalize. The mind has an uncanny ability to say, ya, ya, seven. If you were explissed and wrote it down and said, i am making this investment because if we build that factory, we will have the capacity to grow our sales at ten%. And you write it down and you put it in the drawer, and five years later, you pull it out,. Then you can compare the ten to the seven that you've said - something about my model for what would get you ten % sales in crease was not working properly.
