Theresa: I like that you saw it actually as something and of course the application would be slightly different which is what we're going to talk about today. Well for me it's a framework and I like frameworks but I was, interestingly you wrote it during a time when it was the pandemic. So people were all of a sudden managers of 100% remote teams. But by the time we had the conference the pandemic had gone on for a while and people were starting to look differently. For sure I have always looked at global teams.
