You were one of the first scientists to embark on this methodical search for ams terrestrial intelligence. And i think that that work m on, looking for habitable planets, the exo planets, is, has been in the news more recently. We we can't find intelligence at a distance. E, ah, maybe we could define people listening to your padcast as intelligent because they're listening, but it's hard to know that remotely. Ah, so we've just used technology as a proxy for intelligence, and we're trying to find places on the sky where something has used technology to modify their environment in ways that we could detect over interstellar distances....
