How to Memorize Names and Faces

For every time that I train or that I have a match my goal is to have 30 names. So when you finish a discipline in names, you review your mistakes and you asked the question, why did I make this mistake. And I'm just trying to write it down and I review it after on my next trainings. That's good. So what are some techniques that one can use to memorize names and faces? Just try to go with the first image that goes in their mind even if it doesn't make any sense. If no one will never understand it, even if it's awkward, just the first image to connect very fast and to stick to the face."
