Triathletes, What Are Your Levels?
We encourage athletes to pick the maximum level that they can commit to. So what's the maximum amount of time? If you know that a level two plan requires this many average hours per week, this many workouts per week by swim, bike, run,. You're going to be at 18 hours for a half Ironman or an Ironman plan. Can you commit to that? We'd also want to know, is this your first time event? Are you a veteran? But even those questions don't necessarily silo anyone individually into a certain level.
