Paco: It does seem like you have this observation and a few places in the book that say wild plants compared to domesticated plants might actually be wily or craftier, more sophisticated. So could you talk a little bit about that? I found that fascinating. Paco: There's two really important points there to bring up. One is that intelligence is an evolved characteristic that shapes to whatever selective pressures organisms encounter over time.
