i've been meditating daily since 19 90 or so. But for some reason, with a lot of things going on in my life, i found myself in january, going through multiple days of not doing it. And then i realizedthat i needed to get back on that. I'm tracking food, is something that i definitely, is that i've failed to do many times. That's a dip switch that still needs to be thrown in my life,. The exercise one i talked about earlier and the guitar practising are two other areas where i need to work harder.
