We are mostly made by nothing. Most of the matter that makes our bodies just nothing is empty space. Neutrons have a much larger mass, and so they interact with matter much more. If there is a supernova, if the sun will be big enough to explode like a supernova,. it will emit enough neutrinos to kill you instantly. Even though right now there are trillions of neutrinos that are passing through our bodies.
