The Omega Point

We're being drawn towards a thing that some future point that he calls the omega point this there is a point that is actually sucking all of this soupy matter into it. The closer we get to it the more we see a an increased complexification and harmonization of the soup that we happen to be part of. We need free will because we don't have free will and everything's meaningless but our consciousness is hopefully at best kind of steering things a little bit you know like the ships moving forward.
