How to Communicate Effectively

Communication is more than words, it's the way you connect with your audience. Even I was a bad communicator when I started off, not in consulting before I joined the corporate world. Someone needs to like you before they hire you and no one is going to like someone who cannot speak. All consultants are excellent at communicating. That is what defines us. The ability to take something that's complex and communicate it to our audience in a way that they would understand. It is the essence of management consulting.
