Top Gun Maverick

I don't think we had any idea. We knew we made a good movie, but not a clue that it would have the global reach that it's had. I was surprised, always hoping for the best, expecting the worst. What we found is the majority of people who went to see it were over 40 initially. And a lot of them hadn't been in a theater in two years. The fact that they felt that that experience that they had reminded them of how wonderful it is to go and see a movie on a big screen with an audience and hear people cheer and laugh together. A communal feeling that you get on a movie that you can react to and emotionally moves you.
