Decoupling in the High Tech Sector

There is a significant section in that big document on US persons aiding to build advanced computing capabilities in China. Semiconductors for the last 30 years were lying more towards the automobile side. But with this move and what has happened over the last two three years, it is very clear that now semiconductors have been perceived in a very quote unquote strategic lens. Those kinds of things will also apply to the semiconductor supply chain. So yes, there are lots of recession. That's a big that's why I say this is the moment we can say there is decoupling happening in the high tech sector.
