Rule Out of Non-St Segment Elevation Acute Conry Syndrome
The heart score is commonly used by many clinicians working in emergency care to risk stratified patients. However that requires at least one troponin to be done which means that patients obviously have to take a visit to the ED. The next paper decided to take a look at what impact it might have if patients could have an N-stemmy or a non-ST elevation MI ruled out in the pre-hospital setting and of course that would involve the use of a point of care troponin. This was called Rule out of Non-ST Segment Elevation Acute Conry Syndrome by a single pre-hospital troponin measurement.
