I've Lost About 150 Pounds in the Past Seven Years and I'm a Big Fan of You Guys

In the past seven years i've lost about 150 pounds through strength and conditioning excuse me strength training um in a little bit of cardio. Unfortunately now i've gained about 20 pounds back and i feel like my metabolism has definitely struck stalled. I do feel stronger but i can see some you know growth in my stomach uh at my lowest i was sitting around 271 pounds  Right now i'm six foot three ron's wearing 91 pounds, consistently eating between 2900 and 3100 calories a day.
