Shell's Climate Strategy Is a 'River of Action'
shareholders have filed what's called a river of action against Shell. It allows them to challenge a company's board of directors when it's felt they've dropped the ball in a serious way. The high court is mulling over whether or not to let the court action proceed. If it does go ahead though, they'll have powerful supporters in their corner.
