The peaks of glucose after eating food were 53% and 54% lower when carbohydrate was consumed last compared to when carbohydrates were consumed first. When you reverse that order, so you have your carb lost, it was much, much lower in terms of the highest peak of glucose after consuming those foods. So that for me is pretty effective as a behavioral strategy to improve postprandial glucose control in patients specifically with Tuptidei beatis.
