The purpose of a refresh if we're backing into it from a small company perspective is, i want to keep my employees whole. I want to issue to the employees benefit equity at an earlier state so that as it vests, they can accrue value as our company gains value. It's twofold this like, ok, there's a market rate i need to be paying people to keep them interested, but also, i Want to keep them hooked for a longer period of time.
