A lot of runners just don't, you know, have a lot of time. I think there's a particular zone I really like and that's what I call one hour race pace. It doesn't matter the distance, not about 10K pace half marathon pace. You'll be able to run at closer to your max for longer if you increase that lactate threshold zone.
