The Importance of Social Habits in a Modern Democracy

There are many moments where humans engage in something that doesn't fit Hobbes descriptive set, which is like what I would call like a kind of synchrony. The kinds of societal habits that like a modern established democracy has is wildly different than the set of habits that people coming out of the Soviet block had. There are just weird totally implicit sort of cues or habits that you both participate in but you don't remember how they came about and they're no longer conscious decisions.
