In today’s episode, I’m diving into a mitochondrial peptide that almost nobody is talking about yet, but that I believe is going to become a major player in longevity and brain health over the next decade: Humanin.
Most people are familiar with mitochondrial peptides like SS-31 or MOTS-c. Humanin is different.
