Do you have regular reviews all the way down to the ground level. Do your metrics and output support weekly cadence of activities? You can get as pedantic as number of calls in a week if you have to. All of those things are good leading indicators that ultimately lead to your lagging, which is okay, are you making a number. What is your percentage close rate close to win rate. Are you succeeding or failing early on not getting that answer six to 12 months down the road?"
