Coaching Is Not the Only Thing You Need
There's a spectrum of moving from into our somebody training, so to speak. When we're learning who we are, what af i like, where do my boundaries go? There is an element to therapy that i see as kind of like the final piece of that someone training. And when i encounter a client who is sort of in the middle of that transition, because if you keep doing work, then you have to move into nobody training. We start dismantling the self, the way we have to have things be in order to be ok. Or, i have to look like this, or have these qualities inorder to be comfortable with myself. So let's got it talk about that.
