The Flexibility of the Office Full Time Workforce?

Survey suggests 96% of people want some form of hybred work or working remotely full time. That really speaks of that flexibility thing, right? Not so many blue collar workers are probably going to be responding to that. But i think that that does speak to this isue of flexibility. Would you agree?
