Envisioning Your Future Self for Present Growth

Well, hello, you sweet thang! I am so stoked for this conversation ⎯ wait, is it a conversation if it’s a solo episode? Questionable. Regardless, welcome to my convo of one, my monologue!

I’ve been reading a phenomenal book called Be Your Future Self Now by Dr. Ben Hardy, PhD. He’s an organizational psychologist and a brilliant thinker whose work has been so impactful for my biz. His book10x is Easier Than 2x, co-authored with Dan Sullivan, is a simple yet potent concept that has been a complete game-changer in my approach to biz and decision-making.

This idea of becoming your future self now is incredibly powerful. Are you making decisions looking in the rearview mirror, or are you looking out the dashboard? If you let your past dictate your future, you’ll likely repeat patterns, settle for mediocrity, or even feel stuck in boredom (HI THIS IS/WAS ME TOO, FYI).
