If you're coming into a cold, like you get assigned a new territory and I've had that happen to me multiple times, then it becomes a case of prioritization first. Most priorities, your A's because they continue to pay you every month and every quarter. Second thing is the B's, they've done a bit of business. Now you can grow the business. The C's are sort of like you've had contact and you're not really doing any business. You probably have some D's, which are the companies that just absolutely will never do business with your company.
