The north fork of long island has been known as a much more chill place to go, although the long island railroad goes there. There have been new hotels, new restaurants and new vineyards that actually have been drawing sort of a morsine crowds. Yet, real estate prices have increased quite a bit. In 22 thousand, five, the mediun home price in the north fork was 451000 dollars. Now it's 780 thousands dollars.
