i didn't go over there with the intention of leading a team at the time, initially. It was really more about actually wanting to get out there and be more like the field cto evangelist for the company. The thing that was really challenging there was, i think, younger, if not much younger, than the vast majority of the team i inherited. Winning over the hearts and minds there was definitely, you know, a challenge.
