Neo contians believe there is knowledge that we have which could not be falsified by an experiment. They think if you make a statement that it can't be tested, then it's going to be either nonsense or meaningless. But what kant showed was that there are synthetic, a priori categories. So for example, einrand said that we can know for sure certain things. Even the archsceptic a descartes said, cogito ergu sum rite, i think, therefore i am. Like so i know one thing, i know that i exist.
