How to Create a Customer Support Ticket

A lot of these I think you guys could respond to via text. We already have a customer support team that's like half a dozen people at this point. So is there any reason why if your message is something like, hey, when are you guys going to do a float plane exclusive t-shirt or whatever? There's no real reason for that to not go to the customer support team where they can do something meaningful with it. And we will get back to people next week.
