The Problem With Internal Investigations of Sexual Misconduct
I think finance attracts people who work very hard and like a lot of money. It can attract its fair share of big egos and bullies, but there are plenty of wonderful people working in finance. I'd like to hope that there isn't anyone as high profile as Chris Benodie behaving as badly as he did for several decades. The trust that the women who were interviewed had in that investigation was very, very low. They didn't believe that it was going to be truly anonymized.
