Rachel Carson - A Beautiful Writer

Rachel Carson wrote a series of books about the sea and majored in English. Her final book, which is the one that she is most famous for, Silent Spring describes the effects of the pesticide DDT on the environment. She has been interviewed pretty much on her deathbed or you wouldn't think it to look at her.
