How to Start a Mindfulness Practice
For adults starting out if you want to start a mindfulness practice sometimes it feels overwhelming like I don't know how do I start where do I begin and so I usually tell people just pick one type of practice. If you're a coffee drinker while your coffee's brewing every morning just stand by the coffee maker and take three intentional breaths. It doesn't take long we don't have to do it for 20 minutes at a time to make it a powerful practice.
