The Origins of the Polynesian Panthers
Gentile Twis: The meaning of brown power as a slogan kind of got watered down became more ambiguous and potentially associated with either Marie capitalism or abolition activity. A new group pretty much to challenge the system was called the Polynesian Panthers. They were established in June of 1971, and they had a membership primarily composed of Pacific Islanders such as someone's Tongans and UNs. And they drew obviously explicitly inspiration from the black party in the United States.
