Stacia: I've been kind of like kicking around this idea for the past year, maybe year and a half. And it turns out we do have a really active chess organization in Cleveland. So essentially what happened is by volunteering a little bit with them,. I got involved with them and I started seeking maybe working for them part time. Stacia: It was really crazy how that worked out, I had already decided to leave my job. But there's no way I could pass it up.
