Do You Have a Closed Question?

ideo.io is a design school where anyone can learn to solve problems and create new ways of working. We use the hol mit, we design, thinking out all and we tell clients won't you have a closed question. Start by going to people and saying, how might we have more open and honest, two way communication? There's aany tools out there that we can use to engage people in that process. And then when you do start to run experiments and think about ways to move forward, people make more time and space inside of their own heads for how to move it forward.
