What Is the Best Exercise Routine for Weight Loss?
Exercise makes up a very small percentage of our overall energy output. Exercise activity thermogenesis is the energy burn when we're exercising. Non-exercise activity thermogenesis, which is all movement that we do outside of exercising,. That makes up a much bigger portion of a contribution towards our overallenergy output during the day. People tend to forget recovery completely because they're so focused on their goal. If you have a long term goal of fat loss, you need to make sure that your energy stores are there. And then obviously as you indicated, nutrition is also important. So I would be speaking to someone who's qualified within that field.
