The Importance of Female Nutrition

Female nutrition is a bit more sensitive to how quickly those calories can add up. Most women, if they're into fitness are probably better with more carbs, not less. Average woman adds 15 to 20 pounds of muscle to her frame in the right places and bring her body fat level down to 20 to 22%. To get there, I advocate for a lot of heavyweight lifting.
