The Importance of Evidence in a Claim

The burden of proof always lies on the person who makes a claim. If bob lazar is unable to provide Hard in controvertable evidence he will be thrown out of the court Right it will not be accepted. Even if this were true, I understand why he would not have any evidence But unfortunately from my perspective, I can believe something only when I see evidence.
