What Prompted You to Start a YouTube Channel?
I just wanted it to be a resource that I could share information and kind of communicate in a, what I thought was a pretty effective way. It's been a really, you know, for me incredibly successful because people watch the channel and again, they don't need to hire me, but they'll just reach out. And so yeah, I do like to go on site. That's kind of my stick. If there's multifamily, sure, you can't throw a stick without hitting 15 multifaith lenders and 30 brokers and five lawyers. So that video is going to come out soon.
