I don't think it's quite a turnaround story because I don't think they've been as bad as what the market has priced them in. But if we had a protracted period where interest rates remain high and they can't increase the rent, it becomes a different story. So that's also for me an issue here with such a company. It has not been a nice story from both a capital point of view and a dividend point of view. The macro environment was difficult to navigate for them. That's why I also don't invest in them and don't really further look at them.
