How to Handle Difficult Conversations Remotely
I think sharing credit is really important and it's a little different in the remote environment. So one of the ways I do that we have a bi-weekly call with our staff. At first, it was hard to get people engaged just because you know, it is just another call kind of on their calendar. But once we showed that this is an opportunity for people to step up and show that what they're doing and how they're excelling, then they want to be more engaged with that.
