If there were a score board in your office, somebody would go like, hey, you got to call that out. A lot of teams would walk out of their way more effective and, aymore successful, if they were able to do that. We're afraid of how people are going to receive that feedback in the office. It's just everyone's turn up when when you can insert kind of a culture into your team at work, your performance increases so much.
