Is There a Difference Between Men and Women in Specific Training?

I am curious to go a little deeper on the differences in specific training between men and women. There at least seems to be a lot of marketing around the idea that men and women need to train entirely differently, which I suspect isn't maybe the whole story. If you look at the literature on untrained individuals, you will see a slight difference. So women are favored towards slow twitch fibers a little bit when they're untrained as they become trained,. Women are then a little bit more resistant to fatigue and therefore also a little bit less twitchy.
