Are You Taking Antidepressants?

There was this research shown in Sweden where they found that the amount of antidepressants that people take over the weekend and holidays goes down. It also it goes down proportionally in by the amount of people who are off. So like when more people are off and you you're with your friends more and family, like people take or like take less any depressants from the pharmacist or whatever. And just thinking about like, you know, I get PTO now. Do I want to use it for myself to go on walks or do I want to do it and save it up and go somewhere with my girlfriend or friends or something?
